Sleeve arrived eventually

The Sleeve arrived today. It looks to be a good quality product and I hope to have the chance to put it into use very soon. However, the shipment tracking via the Shop App is next to useless and it does not bring any confidence, especially when the order completely disappeared from the App. Steve was very professional in following up with tracking details after my email to Loft and Lie.
